- Do I need to be present during the cleaning?
This decision is completely up to our client. If you prefer to stay at property, this will not be a problem and vice versa. Once our cleaners have accessed the building, they can get to work. If you wish, we can call you when they’ve finished, so you can return to inspect the property. Alternatively, the cleaning team can safely let themselves out, allowing you to return to the property at your own convenience.
- Do I need to personally provide the access to the building?
If our client will be present during the cleaning they will open the doors for our cleaning team. In the case you are not around to let the cleaning team in, you can leave leave an extra key securely hidden near your front door, you can also provide the garage code. We assure you that all the information and keys you provide us will be handled securely.
- How long does it take to clean the property?
It all depends on the size of your property, how your property is maintained and if you need a deep cleaning or just tidying up. Our cleaning team recommend deep cleaning first, it takes usually more time but following maintaining will be easier and therefore quicker. our cleaning team works in reasonable speed corresponding to our quality. It also depends on whether you prefer 1 or 2 people for cleaning.
- How long does it take to clean the property?
Our clients customize themselves how often their property needs to be cleaned. Each home is custom bid to meet the client’s needs.
- What If I have to cancel some of the cleanings?
Cancellation is free of charge however it requires a 24 hours notice, either by an e-mail or contacting our team via phone call. If you need to reschedule date, feel free to contact our team.
- Do you bring your own cleaning products and tools?
Cleaning products and tools for pre and post construction, moving in and out, and commercial cleaning are provided by our cleaning team. In case of residential cleaning, the cleaning products and tools provides our client of his choice. Because our team is highly experienced, we are also open and excited to land you a help hand and recommend which products and tools suit your household best.
- Is your company insured?
Of course, our company is insured and our team is fully trained.
- Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee?
Your business is important to us and we want to make sure you are happy and completely satisfied. If the quality of work performed and paid for, is not satisfactory, contact us within 24 hours and we will make arrangements to rectify the situation. If you believe we did an outstanding job please write a review of us on our website.
- How do I pay for my cleaning service?
You can either pay with check, cash or we also accept the online payment via Venmo, Zelle.
- How much does the cleaning cost?
The total price depends on the size of the home, type of cleaning, where you live and if you are a regular customer. The pricing is free of charge, so do not hesitate to contact us.
